How soon will my coffee be shipped after roasting?
To ensure peak freshness, we roast our beans in small batches daily. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours of roasting.
Do you offer coffee subscriptions?
Yes, we offer flexible subscription plans where you can choose your favorite blends and delivery frequency. Subscribers also enjoy a 10% discount on every recurring order.
Is your coffee ethically sourced?
Absolutely. We pride ourselves on our Farm-to-Cup model, working directly with farmers to ensure fair wages, sustainable farming practices, and the highest quality beans.
What is your return policy for coffee beans?
Because coffee is a perishable food item, we cannot accept returns on roasted beans. However, if there is an issue with your order or you are unsatisfied with the quality, please contact us within 14 days for a resolution.
Can I order my coffee pre-ground?
While we recommend buying whole beans and grinding just before brewing for the best flavor, we do offer various grind settings ranging from coarse for French Press to fine for Espresso.
How should I store my coffee to keep it fresh?
We recommend storing your beans in a cool, dark place in an airtight container. Avoid the refrigerator or freezer, as moisture and odors can compromise the flavor profile.
